1. Welcome to 4165 sqft Art Gallery Vacation House in Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale, located at 8757 E Monterosa Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, USA.

2. To open the front door, enter XXXX (We’ll text you the 4 digits on the same day when you check in) plus “lock-key”. Make sure you press the "lock-key" after you press the last digit, so totally 5 buttons. If it does not open, try to pull the door handle a little bit after you press the “lock-key” button. In the worst-case scenario please call me at 602-775-8958, or my co-host/cleaners Diane/John Donato at 480-540-8099/480-243-5774. There are FOUR doors in this house, the code is only good for the TWO front doors. The backyard/side yard doors have different code.

3. The WIFI is “This is hidden”, and the password is 1 through 8 (“12345678”).

4. There are THREE ACs/Heaters in this house. The AC/Heater “control panels” are

4.1 On 1st floor, right between the dining room and living room;

4.2 On 2nd floor, right between 1st bedroom door and 4th bathroom;

4.3 Inside the family room (with 3 leather recliners and 4 leather couches).

To Adjust the AC/heater temperature, press and hold the touch screen, then +/-, then press the “hold” button on the touch screen, then wait for 2 minutes, it’ll show the new desired temperature.

5. There are extra pillows located in the yellow cabinet in the 1st living room near the utility room. The extra towels, linens, blankets are located on the 2nd floor inside the closet near the 4th bathroom.

6. When you all leave, please press the “lock-key” button on the keypad. Make sure it’s locked before you leave. Make sure all FOUR locks are locked,

7. There is one refrigerator: coffee, coffee mate, pepper, salt, and sugar are free. Feel free to use all appliances (everything in the kitchen and washer/dryer) and cookware, glassware, dinnerware, flatware, shampoo, shave cream, body lotions, hairdryers, irons, hangers, etc.

9. In case you have a power outage in one or more rooms. There are two power breaker boxes. One is located outside of the house, on the side yard. Another one is in the utility room. You just need to check which one has the RED color in the middle or the OFF position, then reset that one only.

10. If you want to use Washer/Dryer, soap, softer are provided. Make sure you press and hold the start button to make it start.

11. To access the swimming pool, go straight outside, about 100 feet on your right-hand side. The key is inside the drawer of the kitchen island. There will be a $25 replacement cost if it got lost.

12. For the check-out time, the default is 10:00 am, if you prefer earlier or later, please tell us at least 24 hours before your check-out. Our cleaners have busy schedules, they may have 2 or more jobs per day. If we have same-day check-in, then check-out must be 10:00 am or earlier.

13. During the COVID-19 Pandemic period, you’ll do self-check-in. BUT, we are here to help. If issues cannot be resolved by app/text/email/phone calls, we can come and help.

14. No overnight street parking is allowed, the driveway is very long, please make sure you only park on the driveway, for the tow-related expenses, the management team shall NOT be responsible.
